1. When installing the rubber roll, it must be at the end of the roll surface The contact part of the roller shaft shall be padded with elastomer (such as multi-layer fabric, waste yarn, etc.) to avoid crushing or wearing the roller surface and roller shaft. When transporting and placing the rubber roller, attention shall also be paid to protection, and the protective layer must be coated on the roller. In addition, attention shall not be placed at high temperature, low temperature, sunlight and corrosive substances, so as to prevent accelerating the aging of the rubber roller.

2. Before pressurized operation, carefully check whether there are metal chips and other hard objects (such as small screws, washers, etc.) in the roll surface and rolling liquid tank to avoid damage to the roll surface and fabric caused by pressing into the rolling point; attention shall also be paid during operation.

3. Appropriate rubber rolls shall be selected according to the service conditions (such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.).

4. When pressurized, the total pressure shall not exceed the maximum allowable pressure.

5. The lubricating oil of roll bearing shall not contaminate the roll end and roll surface.

6. After the operation, the rolls of the roll group shall be separated from contact to avoid indentation caused by compression of the rubber roll.

7. When cleaning the roll surface, do not use scraper and other tools to avoid scratching the roll surface, and do not wipe the roll surface with oil.

8. The lubrication of each transmission part and rolling bearing is good.
