Why do textiles have holes after dyeing
1. Defect form
2. Causes
(1) Burn out: mainly occurs in the singeing machine, caused by improper singeing process.
(2)Hook break: in the process of dyeing and finishing, crochet may occur in all parts of cloth. When the fabric is running, it will be broken due to the contact of protruding hard fabric and broken parts. The puncture of needle holes on the edge of heat setting cloth is mainly caused by the bending needle on the needle plate, which must be checked and replaced in time.
(3) Abrasion: the fabric may be abraded by friction when it passes through the rough parts of the equipment.
(4) Tear: one of the cases is that there are small holes in the fabric itself which are not found in time, and the original small holes will expand after silking or dyeing. Attention should be paid to find out the causes of the holes in the pre-processing process. Another situation is that the fabric is easy to be broken if the pretreatment elongation of the thin fabric is too large, the door width is too narrow, and the door width is too large when it is pulled to the specified width; in addition, the fabric is easy to be broken if the opening of the tenter is too late, and the angle of the clip blade is too sharp.
(5) Crushing: the fabric passes through a roller embedded with hard material and is rolled into a hole by the roller. There are dry and hard lumps on the roller of calender, resulting in calender holes.
