Quality control of grey fabric used in hthp dyeing machine
The instability of weaving quality is one of the important factors that cause cylinder difference in high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine. The main components of the fiber are cellulose fiber, moisture and impurities (ash). These components will vary according to the natural growth environment. At the same time, some impurities, such as textile oil making agent, will be mixed in the production process. In different raw yarn producing areas or fabric manufacturers, these impurities are not only different in content, but also show different physical and chemical properties. Sometimes even fabrics with the same batch number of yarns as raw materials have some differences in dyeing properties.
In addition to strict quality control of weaving process, an effective solution is to establish a complete traceability system for grey fabric from the beginning of raw cotton to the completion of weaving, while weaving enterprises are obliged to provide relevant data information to dyeing and finishing factories, so as to help dyeing factories reduce cylinder difference through reasonable cylinder matching or timely adjustment of process formula.
