When the dyeing machine fails, the power supply and steam source should be cut off first. The dyeing machine is prohibited to deal with the failure under pressure and power. If the dyeing process has reached the stage of pressure boost, the dyeing machine should be cooled down first. If power is cut off or water is cut off, steam should be let off to reduce pressure, so that the steam pressure in the dyeing machine drops to zero (the temperature can quickly drop below 100℃). Only when the fault has been dealt with can the re-dyeing be started.
