When the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is about to finish dyeing, the last important process is to prepare before dropping the cylinder. 1.When the last cylinder of cloth is dyed and kept warm, the next round of cloth should be found and pushed to the front of the dyeing machine for storage. If the next round of cloth is not prepared, please inform the cloth preparation group to finish as soon as possible.

2. Before each cylinder of cloth falls off the cylinder, the relevant data should be checked according to the requirements on the work order, such as the odd number of cloth types and the number of goods, whether the cloth is evenly prepared or not.

3. Pay attention to whether the last cylinder of cloth is made of dark color cloth. If it is made of dark color cloth and then dyed with light color cloth, please ask to open the cylinder for washing on the color table.

4. In particular, check the fabric of the cylinder, whether the fabric has good ventilation. If the fabric of the cylinder is not fanned, the cloth will be twisted when the cloth is boiled or dyed.

5. After the cylinder is ready to cloth, to send the single auxiliary room to weigh the required auxiliary agent, each auxiliary agent must be checked before the cylinder can be dropped.

6. The cloth of the cylinder, no matter the new embryo or repair cloth, should be checked and weighed to prevent the cloth from leaking.
