Why are there colored spots in the dyeing process  of dyeing machine?? The color dot is the small spot or white spot that appears to be darker color irregularly after dyeing the fabric. There are many reasons for color spots, including the following:

1, improper selection of dye: the dye particles are too large or easy to produce condensation and color point;

2. Poor dye solubility: the undissolved dye enters the dye solution and sticks to the fabric to form color points;

3, dyeing equipment is not clean: the dye tank of the tar material fell down to create color;

4, poor water quality: poor water quality caused by dye condensation; Flocculent into the dye VAT;

5. Improer control of raw materials and processing conditions;

6, colored villi or fuzz fused adhesion;

7. Improper emulsification of softener, improper salt and alkalization materials;

8. Improper process control in dyeing machine;
